The hotel's proximity to the vibrant Baga Beach was a definite highlight, offering a convenient and private retreat. the Goan-run establishment exuded warmth and charm, with noteworthy dishes like prawns curry rice and kingfish tawa fry. the cozy ambiance made for a pleasant stay, but certain aspects fell short. the lack of breakfast and inconsistent room service left much to be desired. the room itself was comfortable but lacked ventilation and views, overlooking a busy street. On the upside, the friendly staff and the charming pet mascot added a personal touch to the experience. In terms of value, Mary Joey offers a mid-range option with room for improvement, especially in terms of amenities and services.
